Yoga Restores Health and Psychology After Covid-19

Covid has come and changed the lives and health of many of us, as well as our relatives and friends. The same goes for Nguyen himself. Nguyen is lucky to have Meditation, Have Yoga, and there are exercises to help my spirit and health better after Covid. Nguyen wants to teach you exercises to help you and your loved ones recover after Covid has passed.

In this videoNguyen will guide you through a series of exercises consisting of 4 parts, and each part is important, so don't skip any part.

In the first part, we will make a Meditation exercises short for the mind helps us to relax our mind, reduce stress. This is followed by a breathing exercise (Pranayama). to restore breathing, prevent and treat dyspnea, tired as well as help with lung recovery. After that, a yoga practice helps to keep the body healthy, blood circulation, helping you avoid fatigue, dizziness or headaches. And finally, an exercise to help your spirit be more optimistic and love life that Nguyen won't reveal.
